An apostille is the method of certifying a document for use in another country. With the certification by apostille, a document is entitled to recognition in the country of intended use, and no certification or legalization by the embassy or consulate of the foreign country where the document is to be used is required (for member countries of the Hague Convention).

Some examples of documents submitted for authentication are:

Birth, marriage and death certificates submitted for authentication must be CERTIFIED copies issued by the Clerk-Recorder of the county where the event occured and issued within the last 5 years.

Court documents submitted for authentication must be certified by the court that issued the document and include the official's title and his/her signature must be legible.

Only documents with original signatures and seals are accepted for authentication. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHOTOCOPIES.

Our standard turnaround time for a California apostille is 3-5 business days.  Express Service (1 business day) is offered for an additional fee of $50.00 (Restrictions apply).

We offer FREE shipping of your apostilled document via USPS to any U.S. address. For an additional fee your document can sent by FedEx to any address, domestic or international.

Fees include the apostille certificate only. Any additional services that your document requires (i.e. notary public fees, etc) may be provided for an additional fee.
