An apostille is the method of certifying a document for use in another country. With the certification by apostille, a document is entitled to recognition in the country of intended use, and no certification or legalization by the embassy or consulate of the foreign country where the document is to be used is required (for member countries of the Hague Convention).

Some examples of documents submitted for authentication are:

- Birth, Marriage, Death Certificates
- Power of Attorney
- Diplomas, School Transcripts
- Corporate Resolutions, Articles of Incorporation

- Divorce Decree
- Adoption Dossier

Birth, marriage and death certificates submitted for authentication must be CERTIFIED copies issued by the Clerk-Recorder of the county where the event occured and issued within the last 5 years.

Court documents submitted for authentication must be certified by the court that issued the document and include the official's title and his/her signature must be legible.

Original documents only. NO PHOTOCOPIES.

Our standard turnaround time for a California apostille is 2-5 business days.

We offer return shipping of your apostilled document via USPS Priority Mail to any U.S. address. For an additional fee your document can sent by FedEx to any address, domestic or international.
